I love the product, but when I received my package all three bottles had leaked all over the place. The boxes were wet and the bottles were all covered with product leaking from the lids.

Love the feel of this cleansing balm. Before I open a new one I shake it up and massage the container with my fingers to mix the product inside so not too much liquid escapes. Then use it twice a day as first layer with foaming cleanser on top. Use the muslim cloth wet with warm water to remove. Such a luxurious way to cleanse! As a makeup remover works really well - even on waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I’ve reordered this numerous times.
