Received a sample from Ulta and loved it. I order a tube from you and was disappointed, it did not heat up like the sample which I thought was very unique. My skin felt so good. Which this tube worked like the sample.

I was originally given a sample, and I loved it! I ordered the full size product, and it is still amazing at removing your makeup and making your skin feel soft. However, the container is not my favorite. The creamy consistency of the remover is overshadowed by the liquid rushes out like a fountain, and it is really messy. I have tried to mash and shake the container before opening, but my efforts were futile. I definitely would like to continue to purchase this, but please find a container that will prevent the separation of the product and allow for an easier cleanup.

I use this only to remove my mascara, works great and hydrates my eye lids!

I have been using this product for 2-3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It goes on super smooth and easy. I love using this as the "double cleanse" followed by the foaming cleanser. I have noticed a difference in my face and will continue to use the product. Only thing I would say about this product is maybe try and find a new bottle or a new nozzle. I have to really squeeze hard to get any product to come out. Other than that, I love it and feel it will "change my life forever".

After trying many different face cleansers, I was so happy to try the cleansing balm & foaming face wash & totally love both. At my age, I am usually skeptical after being disappointed by products claiming to be the best, and they are not. I’m going to try other products - can’t wait! Great price point!
