Love the feel of this cleansing balm. Before I open a new one I shake it up and massage the container with my fingers to mix the product inside so not too much liquid escapes. Then use it twice a day as first layer with foaming cleanser on top. Use the muslim cloth wet with warm water to remove. Such a luxurious way to cleanse! As a makeup remover works really well - even on waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I’ve reordered this numerous times.

Received a sample from Ulta and loved it. I order a tube from you and was disappointed, it did not heat up like the sample which I thought was very unique. My skin felt so good. Which this tube worked like the sample.

I was originally given a sample, and I loved it! I ordered the full size product, and it is still amazing at removing your makeup and making your skin feel soft. However, the container is not my favorite. The creamy consistency of the remover is overshadowed by the liquid rushes out like a fountain, and it is really messy. I have tried to mash and shake the container before opening, but my efforts were futile. I definitely would like to continue to purchase this, but please find a container that will prevent the separation of the product and allow for an easier cleanup.

I use this only to remove my mascara, works great and hydrates my eye lids!
